How to Leave Fear in the Rearview Mirror

I posted a question last week on my Facebook page about the collective feeling of despondency since Covid. I got a lot of engagement! It appears we're all feeling a little lost and guess what that breeds?

Fear.

There is a lot of unknowns ahead of us and I'm finding with my coaching clients that identifying our unique and specific fears, understanding their origin, and then arming oneself with tools to confidently dissolve them is integral. How would it feel to leave your fears in the rearview mirror? Yep--pretty damn good.

If this has piqued your interest, consider joining me tomorrow at The Salon (Field Day, 3706 Butler Street, Lawrenceville) from 6pm -8:30pm. I'll be holding a workshop that will not only bring insight and clarity, but also leave you with tangible skills to navigate the bumpy terrain of fear that blocks us from living our best lives. Not your jam but you know someone who could really benefit from this? Be a good friend and share this with them. :)
